La Fortuna is a tourist town full of adventure in Costa Rica, northwest of the capital, San José. It is also one of the most popular tourist destinations in Costa Rica, and with good reason.

The view of the Arenal Volcano is something you do not want to miss. There are many hot springs ranging from forest bathing to a luxury experience. You can visit the La Fortuna waterfall and experience the beautiful blue water while taking a dip to cool off.

You can hike the base of the Arenal Volcano, there are a variety of different trails to choose from. If you desire something a little more adventurous, you could try rappelling, zip lining or an ATV tour. Don't forget to check out the hanging bridges.
